Coconut tonic recipe:
Dissolve
1 teaspoon vanilla powder and 1 teaspoon dolomite into a mix of one full
fat native forest can of coconut milk + 1.5cup water at low heat. Don't
boil. Just dissolve. Prep two mason jars with 2 tablespoons whey each + 3
tablespoons water. Shake 'em up. When coconut tonic is cool give it
another stir and then pour into both mason jars. (Makes roughly 5, 4oz
bottles.)

Throw all of the following into a mug or small dish:
- 1 egg
- 2T almond meal
- 1/2t baking powder
- 2T whey protein
- dash of vanilla powder
- 1/2 mashed banana (or any mashed fruit really...)
- Stir it all up adding 1-2T of water.
- Pop it in the microwave for 2 min, cool and done! You can also make this batter into pancakes...waffles...etc., the benefit being it is way more nutrient dense than the plain old versions.

Green Apple Sauce:
- Saute some spinach in coconut oil (I've also added broccoli and/or kale)
- throw it in a food processor
- then you throw in some unsweetened applesauce in with it
- blend it up!
Coconut Fruit/Spinach Smoothie
- 1/2 can full fat native forest coconut milk
- 2T whey protein
- 1/2t vanilla powder
- 1/2c fruit of choice
- Small handful raw spinach
- Blend up!
